I have over 25 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, couples and groups who experience intense emotions, depression, anxiety, and panic.  My entire professional life is focused on helping the people I work with to understand and manage painful feelings and minimize their negative effects.

My extensive background has included working in schools and colleges, counseling centers, and in a private practice setting.
