If you are depressed or anxious much of the time, just getting through the challenges and responsibilities of everyday life can be overwhelming, often leading to problems with family and friends, work, parenting, sexuality, or life transitions.
I believe that these problems can be improved, if not completely resolved, through the process of psychotherapy within a confidential and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship.
We work together to explore and understand causes of these difficult feelings and the ways in which they can be resolved. Therapy may begin as individual, couples or family therapy and is modified as needed.
